The rate discount may be combined with the $2,000 lender credit for applications submitted through April 30, 2026. The rate discount is not available for FHA loans, Platinum Builder Rate Promotion, Member Relationship Rate, loans utilizing an appraisal waiver, or loans with a debt-to-income (DTI) ratio greater than 45%. For the rate discount, applications must be received between February 17, 2026 and April 30, 2026, and the loan must be locked by May 15, 2026, to be eligible. All loans subject to credit approval and membership eligibility. Additional terms, conditions, and restrictions may apply. Rates and programs are subject to change without notice. 2 A lender credit of $2,000 is available on eligible first mortgage loan products for the purchase of a primary residence only.
