After selecting to speak to a SAFE Representative, you will be offered the following options:

  • Press 3 for SAFE Business member or SAFE Business service inquiries
  • Press 4 for new Personal Services or Consumer Loans
  • Press 5 for all other inquiries

CALL-24

With CALL-24, our automated phone banking system, you can access your accounts 24/7 by calling (916) 979-7233 or (800) SEE-SAFE, and selecting option 1.

  • Check your balance
  • Review your account history
  • Make a loan payment
  • Transfer funds between SAFE accounts

If you don't remember your CALL-24 PIN or wish to change it, please visit a branch or call SAFE during normal business hours.

Secure Messaging

We invite you to use our secure messaging system to send us questions, comments, or suggestions.

If you are a SAFE member, you can access our secure messaging system from either Online Banking or the Mobile App in a few quick steps.

  • Log in to Online Banking. On the top right navigation, select Support > Secure Messaging
  • Log in to the Mobile App. Select More > Secure Messaging

If you are not a SAFE member, sign up to access secure messaging. Please note that you will need to create a guest account.
