For initial sign in

  • Log in to your account via Online Banking  or the Mobile App  and select "Bill Pay"
  • Enter your mother's maiden name and the country in which you live
  • Accept "Terms and Conditions"
  • Select "Complete Sign Up"

  • Select "Bill Pay" 
  • Input what bills you want to pay and the date you want them paid. We'll take care of the rest.

Transfer money to another financial institution

Schedule fund transfers between SAFE and another financial institution in Online Banking. SAFE charges no fees on three-day transfers and $5 for next-day transfers.

SAFE Pay

SAFE Pay is our new person-to-person payment system that provides easier and faster ways for you to send money directly to your friends and family in a secure manner.

Send money securely online and through your mobile device with SAFE Pay. Money moves directly from your bank account into your friend's or family member's bank account.

Log in to Online Banking to get started

  • Select "Move Money"
  • Select "SAFE Pay"
  • Follow the prompts to complete the payment

There are some instances where you will be prompted to authenticate yourself while using SAFE Pay via a one-time passcode. The following events will prompt you to obtain a one-time passcode:

  • Adding a new contact in SAFE Pay
  • Modifying a contact in SAFE Pay
  • Making a large payment

Once the event takes place, a one-time passcode will be generated and delivered via the method of your choice (email or SMS text). If the one-time passcode cannot be delivered or there was a recent email or phone number change, please call SAFE's Contact Center at (800) 733-7233 for assistance.

When you set up a new recipient, you will be required to establish a security question and answer that you will need to provide to the recipient. They will answer the security question to access the funds. You only need to set up a security question for the first payment you send to a new recipient. SAFE cannot access your security question or answer, so if you forget the answer, you will need to edit the payment with an updated security question and answer.

Transfer money between other SAFE members with ease. Make transfers 24/7 with the SAFE Mobile App.

Log in to Online Banking to get started

  • Select "Move Money", then "Send Money to Member"
  • Choose the member you would to transfer to If you have NOT added the recipient you would like to transfer to, select "Add a recipient"
  • Provide necessary information and select "Verify Recipient"
  • If the correct member name is found, select "Add Recipient"
  • The recipient's name will now be listed in the "To" field of the transfer
  • Add the amount you would like to transfer and select "Transfer"

Log in to the Mobile App get started

  • Select "Transfers"
  • Choose the account you would like to transfer from
  • Choose the member you would like to transfer to
  • If you have NOT added the recipient you would like to transfer to, select "Add a recipient"
  • Provide necessary information and select "Verify Recipient"
  • If the correct member name is found, select "Add Recipient"
  • The recipient's name will now be listed in the "To" field of the transfer
  • Add the amount you would like to transfer and select "Transfer"
