Folsom, Calif. – (Feb. 27, 2025) – Longtime Sacramento-area reporter Richard Sharp of Fox 40 Morning News previewed an upcoming free mortgage webinar available to the public during the program's “Money Matters” segment.
With an eye on the spring housing market, Sharp asked SAFE Credit Union Home Loan Manager Casey Jenkins about what those attending SAFE's “Journey to Homebuying” webinar can learn. They also discussed the importance of locking down financing before looking at houses available on the market.
“Home buyers really have had a lot of questions about what those next steps look like. ‘Do I lock in a rate now? Is this the right time for me?'” Casey says. “And we created this educational webinar to really help answer a lot of those questions – to dive in and really understand what it looks like for them.”

SAFE Credit Union Home Loan Manager Casey Jenkins and Fox 40's Richard Sharp discuss the credit union's free financial webinars.
